Worst app

Love the app but I just bought another set of videos but app is telling me I have to buy them again. My iTunes account shows I was charged $4.99 for respiratory videos but I am unable to view and can’t find any service support without having an online account with you. Fix please

I impulsively bought this app when I was in university for an astounding $40 or so. I thought it was going to be so good, but it has never worked! It has been years now and the developers have done nothing to remedy this expensive situation. No updates to fix the problems and no refunds. This app has graduated to an all out scam now that they still sell it knowing it does not function. DO NOT BUY THIS APP

I bought this app for my RN school and It is a waste because only some of the videos play back. Look else where, buyer beware.

Even with the updated version the app constantly freezes! While viewing some of the free videos the app made a purchase by it self ! When clicking on videos the app would rather close by itself or say “buy” And I have no one refund me the money they took. Don’t waste your time on this app. Most of the information isn’t correct anyway.

This app never connects to network to use all its functions. I paid 18.99 to see pictures 😩

I think it's misleading claiming a free app, I downloaded thinking would be beneficial for study purpose then realized you have to pay for each segment.... Not today, I quickly deleted the app from my phone Beware not a free app

After using this app I realize that they misappropriated the information. It shouldn't be an app. It should be a streaming video component with a monthly subscription. When I sought out an App for A&P I wanted a visual component to accompany what I was already reading (just to clarify some concepts). Users that are complaining of the price, keep in mind how much something like this costs to make and how much a book with no visual elements costs. Within each Topic, they have it sectioned off into little chapters or you can download all the chapters in one. ( I think this feature is stupid, just keep it simple and to one video). I also think the downloading takes way too long, even on Wi-Fi. Who downloads anything anymore? Just make it streaming. Overall this app is amazing! the visuals are on point, the information is there and for less than $30 I have a way better grasp on A&P.

I agree with every single comment on this page, very promising but you get NOTHING! Complete scam! I want a refund for this awful app! 😤

This is a total waste of your money! Yes the app is free, but the they charge you for every subject! @ $4.99 a piece! I give not even a single star! Hate companies that exploit people!

I downloaded the cell chapter for $4.99 and it won't download!!! I have tried everything. I want my money back. Now. What a scam!

I downloaded the app to find you have to pay for each section. So I payed 4.99 for the section I am on in class, and what do you know there the videos cannot be downloaded, there is always an error. Don't buy or waste your time. If I could rate no stars I would.

I was excited to get this app only to find out the only thing free is the introduction! Very misleading, you have to pay for everything and it never said that in the App Store

The app looks really helpful and appealing but it isn't. You have to pay to use most of the features and it isn't worth it. Don't waste your time.

I was very excited to buy this app and get started but then I found out when I opened it that it's only the introduction for a whole $1.07 with tax. I want my money back because no where in the description did it say that with my money I only get an introduction.

Awesome! Makes science easy for dummies!!!! I'd recommend this app for any student.

Too expensive and the volume is not even working so you can't hear the videos at all!

I went ahead and purchased this app. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. I can't open any of the videos because first you need to download it. I keep getting download errors. I want my 39.99 refunded or fix it.

This app should not be advertised as free. Only the introduction videos are free. (10 sec long). No star ratings should be allowed. This will definitely earn 0 stars.

Have you ever heard of an a la carte textbook? Download this app and that's what you will get; an expensive buffet of info the must be purchased by chapter. I deleted it very shortly after downloading. I would like to give it 0 stars but I have to give it at least one.

I was actually excited to get this app as I am an anatomy and physiology student and what a mistake that was. This app was decietful in its contents. Each video is between 30 seconds and a couple of minutes long. You have to download each video independently and you will be lucky if it ever actually downloads. You cannot download to your computer and then sync so your screwed until you manage to pull a download off after many attempts and 2 hours later just to watch the 39 second clip of misinformation. This app did not even label the bones correctly. The ulna and the radius are backwards and the tibia and fibula are as well. How can I trust anything else that it is promising me. This is absolutely a waste of time and money.

You have to pay for each system. Also, I wasn't aware that you had to pay for each one because it is not clearly marked. I tapped on a video and it immediately read "purchasing" without my password!! I stopped it by turning off wifi. Very very misleading. :(

Most misleading unhelpful App:( Needed info only to find out that I have to pay 6.99 + tax on every system. Disappointed... And uninstalling! Does not deserve even one star. Can't post without...

I read the reviews and ignored them because I thought it couldn't be that bad. It is. Literally have to buy everything in the app. $6.99/system. Pure bs.

Saw that it was free and figured it would be limited in content, but didn't expect to have to purchase EVERY section!

Such a rip off. Paid $7 for ONE video that wouldn't even download. I thought I was buying the full app. The free version has absolutely nothing helpful so it's a waste. I'm trying to get my money back now since it was a mistake to purchase in the first place.
